"If you enjoy peace, tranquillity, the Italian countryside, and an ethos that embraces sustainability (without any compromise on a luxury experience) then this is your spirit home away from home. The facility and surrounding countryside is stunning. The staff are exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable about the produce and the experience on offer. The food was outstanding in both the restaurants, and the fact that all produce used in the restaurants is sourced from no more than 20 miles away (although most is self produced on the property) is testament to the outstanding chefs working there. The pool was beautiful, the rooms were luxurious without being over the top. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was great and the whole complex was always spotlessly clean. I cannot speak highly enough about this little piece of heaven on earth. If you like partying this isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for a place to wind down and enjoy the peace and some beautiful food, then you won’t be able to help but love it here. "

"Beyond the eye catching art design of the place (both inside and out) the rooms were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend if you need quick access to/ from the airport."

"One of our favorite hotels in Italy. Great value but even more great hotel. The room was so quiet, clean and comfortable bed. The ac/heat was perfect. The staff check-in were so nice. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable along with friendly staff. "

"If all you’re doing is looking for a 1 night place near the airport, then go for it. But not for anything more than that. Shower didn’t drain, missing fridge, cabinet door hanging off the frame, horrible smell in room 706, rusted sink, very very dated, but the staff was friendly though both at check in and when I needed a taxi. Was there 12 hours, never again. "

"Had a room in the annex/dependance because we were 2 adults/2 children and the space was large and beautiful! Staff, breakfast, daily snacks were well worth the fare! Convenient location and immaculately clean! Great find!"

"The check-in reception staff were excellent—efficient, welcoming, and professional, setting a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience fell significantly short. The staff appeared stressed, disengaged, and at times discourteous. The buffet was closed approximately 10 minutes before the stated closing time, which was both unexpected and inconvenient. On a Sunday, when breakfast was scheduled until 11:00am, an elderly guest seated at 10:46am was abruptly told, “it’s all closed.” Similar interactions with other guests reflected a lack of attentiveness and basic hospitality. The overall quality of the breakfast was below average, and the service experience reinforced the impression that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Even simple requests—such as asking for paper napkins—required repeated follow-ups and long waiting times. Additionally, the absence of soap/ shower gel in the bathroom was a basic oversight that just adds to annoyance. The room itself was acceptable—clean, but nothing great. The thermostat was funny or a dummy, I am not too sure. Overall, while the reception team performed well, the poor breakfast service and lack of attention to detail significantly impacted the stay. Based on this experience, I would recommend choosing a Hilton Hotels or Marriott Hotels property instead. The service standards and overall experience here have unfortunately left a lasting negative impression of the Novotel. #NeverAgain "
