"This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom."

"very bad smell throughout the entire floor hallway and the rooms smelled disgusting… The staff was very friendly, and when I reported the smell, they attempted to help recognized. It was horrible, but put a little spray which you did hardly anything at all and only for a couple of minutes."

"Breakfast was excellent. Must try to recreate ricotta and onion breakfast item, it was spectacular. Giuseppe at reception when we checked in also went above and beyond. Loved his warm welcome. The room was lovely, didn't hear much noise from the street, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend others stay here."

"A delightful stay in Vittoria wine country. Relaxing, great food, friendly staff. The room was wonderful. They provided fresh drinking water every day and some fresh fruit in the room. I thought that was a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with one of their fabulous aperitivo cocktails and watching the cats play. The dinner was a fixed menu. It was more food than I needed, but it was all delicious. We opted to have dinner there both nights of our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. So many delicious things to try - pastries, salads, cheeses, charcuteries, fruits. The location is a nice jumping off point for exploring the small towns in the area and tasting wine of the region."

"Centrally located, quiet, safe and comfortable, this is a great place to stay when visiting Ragusa. The rooms are beautifully remodeled and located within UNESCO buildings along a pedestrian streetscape. The communal grounds are amazing with beautiful gardens, a great pool (although unheated), and views of the surrounding area. A very nice breakfast is served in their communal breakfast room overlooking the gardens. The main town square is just a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking and driving in this hill town can be a little tricky but street parking was fairly easy to find adjacent to the hotel. Highly recommended."
