"We stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience! The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers flying in or out of the airport, which is only about 10 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, along with Starbucks and even a grocery store, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up anything you might need. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the complimentary airport shuttle, which is a great convenience for travelers. However, there is one thing worth mentioning. According to the hotel's website, the shuttle runs every 20–30 minutes, but the actual wait time may vary depending on traffic and other circumstances. We missed the first shuttle at around 6 AM and expected the next one to arrive within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting an entire hour! Thankfully, we had planned ahead and allowed ourselves plenty of extra time, so we still made it to the airport without any issues. On a positive note, the shuttle driver was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which we really appreciated! Aside from the unexpected shuttle delay, we had no complaints about our stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport. Just plan ahead and allow extra time for the shuttle!"

"Clean room, weird elevator situation and despite it being sound proof is immediately beside the airport and was super noisy. Parking is an extra 26$ a day even with your stay."

"Our whole family had an amazing stay! The resort is very clean and the staff are friendly. There are wonderful pools, quiet and peaceful. We loved the calm vibe here, and the pools are cleaned every day. You can see Disneyland fireworks from the property, and it’s only an 8-minute walk away. There is a small shopping area nearby, and bus 460 right outside the entrance takes you to Santa Monica Beach. Highly recommended for family vacations!"
