"I go to this hotel since its opening. I like the large room, the parking and the location.
However, I have seen decrease in the quality of the facility and the service, with price increase.
The last couple times I have been , were really bad.
Once I had about 1 inch of dust in the room. Advised the main desk , sent an email.and nothing was done .
This time the ac was not working. I was offered to change room , but after the second night, I was already installed.
The towels in the rooms were in an unacceptable condition.
Staff could careless. Not going back ever . For the same price you can have better hotels in better location (10-30) for example."
