"Staff was great, especially Taylor was so sweet! Loved the free tea/coffee bar and the rooftop was great! Location is great too! Perfect spot not too far from downtown shopping area , mall, winery, etc. The reason I gave it lower was the cleanliness of the room. Looking at it looks ok until you look closer or have to wipe the floor. So I dropped a mirror and it broke so I was cleaning it up and used a wet wash cloth to get small glass pieces up and the white towel turned black! I was so grossed out! There should be no way that floor should have been that dirty if it’s mopped after everyone’s stay! The shower was dirty and sink. The next day, when they came to get towels in the morning , I guess that’s why they came in, because they certainly didn’t clean anything and I’m a clean person bed was pulled up, etc before I left! There was still garbage in the trash can and of course the floor was still a mess from before our stay. The shower door was leaking as well. The lobby etc great. I did like the location close enough to everything! I would stay there again but I hope they clean the rooms better."

"Disclaimer: I give this review from the perspective of someone who has stayed at many budget hotels and have minimal expectations. This hotel was used as simply a place to sleep after doing activities in Wisconsin Dells all day. The property was better kept than what I expected for a $50+tax hotel. I was also surprised to see that breakfast had a few protein options instead of the typical sweetened carbs only. The beds were also more comfortable than expected for a hotel in this price range. This hotel won't change your life, but it's a solid option for its price range. The grounds are a bit neglected, but this should be expected for it's price range. If you only need a good night's sleep for a fair price, it's solid. If you're expecting amenities of a Hilton, then book a Hilton."

"The room was absolutely phenomenal , a couple weird features as in bathroom lights. I absolutely loved how the air conditioner could get to 50⁰ as I over heat easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very very disappointing. It was sausage and powdered eggs 2 different cereals and waffles nothing to write home about. I enjoyed my stay. The location was also very convenient."
