The room was not the one the pictures showed when I booked it. The room I got had a small kitchen that was not stocked with proper utensils /pots etc. The bathroom was disgusting & dirty. It also claimed to have a washer & dryer, but I was told they where not hooked up. I have stayed at this location 2 other times before, but in a much nicer room. Location & view is great. The room I got is #1108.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
This “Hotel” was an old time share property that was renamed for marketing reasons. Upon checkin it took 30 minutes for staff to figure out our reservation thru Expedia. The property was very dated with bugs crawling on the wall. Silverware and utensils were filthy inside drawers. Not all door closed and locked properly makin safety a real concern in a very questionable neighborhood. You should strongly consider banning this property from your portfolio. We used this room for close proximity to the airport the night before an early flight, but had this been the to for my vacation I would have been very upset. I wasn’t able to sleep at all. And the room and picture in your site weee not even closes. We couldn’t even take a shower the bathroom was so gross. If possible I would like my money back, and I also have picture to back up my claims.
