"I was in a different room this time and the wifi was not as good as the room I had before, but I was tired and didn't feel like a Whatsapp call anyway. This hotel is wonderful. I chose it partly for the airport shuttle, but I found it to be outstanding in all areas. It even has a restaurant and bar that also serves light dishes on the premises. I arrived exhausted from travel and was happy to make use of these without having to go out looking for something nearby. I give Crowne Plaza a 10!"

"Great hotel. We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Really pleased with the stay. Clean room. Only concern was that breakfast was not included in the booking price though per night charge was quite high. Overall a good stay. "

"I recently stayed here, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The accommodations were fantastic, and the customer service throughout the hotel was stellar. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. The atmosphere was quite lacking; it felt a bit off. While one Asian staff member was friendly and made an effort to engage with guests, the rest of the team seemed grumpy and unapproachable. A smile or friendly conversation goes a long way! Despite this, the rest of the hotel was wonderful, and I would recommend it for a lovely stay. Just a bit of warmth in the restaurant would make it perfect!"

"Great little boutique hotel. Staff was excellent and we loved the shower. It was close to the train terminal ( 5 min by car ) to get to Venice. Very easy to use. "

"An excellent stay in Treviso! This room exceeded my expectations! It was clean well appointed with a very clean and accessible, shower and bathroom. I love the woodwork and the ability to look out over the square. I had a challenging time trying to find it, but the staff bent over backwards to meet me and help me find a place where I can park and stay. This place is walking distance to the old city, and I enjoyed some great walks, seeing the canals of Treviso and an excellent pizza dinner. For any future travelers, I would greatly recommend this place. As you come into the older city, you will pass a older wooden bridge over the river. Immediately there is a small cobblestone street that I would suggest you turn right and go down that street and then park at the back initially. The apartment then is around the corner in the small square. You can buzz for them to come down and let you in and get a parking pass for a parking lot just across the river on the other side of a very short distance distance away. Nevertheless, the staff was absolutely tremendous and incredibly helpful and I thank them profusely for going that extra mile for me. Thank you again for an incredible stay."
