"The apartment was well outfitted for however long you need to stay. We didn’t use all the appliances, but it had a washer and dryer, fridge, oven, etc. We stayed for 2 nights and it was clean and comfortable and easy to check-in. Communication was good, and it was a great location in Old Town Modena close to lots of restaurants and a 20 min walk from the train. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom (shower and sink) is very very low."

There was insufficient supplies, such as coffee, pepper and toilet paper for our five day stay. We text our host repeatedly with no response. He did answer when we called. "Wow, these guys really have this figured out. I don’t think DisneyWorld has anything on this hotel for well done theme based stays. It is enjoyable to walk around the premises just enjoying all the accoutrements and appointments. The breakfast is awesome. the restaurant was awesome, the staff is awesome, housekeeping is awesome. There is no detail that isn’t important in this hotel. Secure garage parking was really easy to access and kept my motorcycle safe and secure at night. I stayed an extra day I enjoyed this place so much."
