"I would have reviewed the hotel slightly higher but for the dishonesty of management. We booked a room on Expedia that was described as having a yard. Upon check-in, they tried to give us a second floor room. When I stated that we booked a room with a yard(which would be ground floor), I was told that the hotel did you have any room with a yard. We were then given a ground floor room, but it was much smaller than the room I had booked as pictured on Expedia. I was also later told that I would...

"This hotel is located about 20 minutes from Amboise on a large piece of property! It has an old well kept main building where breakfast and dinner are offered along with rooms. We stayed in the garden suites * Mimoasa and it was spacious with a king size bed. A fridge would have been nice as would a safe but apparently they are being included in the upgrade. "Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Cadre magnifique pour séjour au calme en amoureux ou pour faire la fête sans déranger le voisinage."

Biting onto one could have cracked a tooth or affect a filling; didn’t happen but it’s about principles. First time we encounter such a lack of response from...

"Very enjoyable stay. 25 minute walk to the centre of Amboise. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Only criticism was grout needed cleaning in the bathroom."

"Clean, quiet, safe"

"Terrible. Bugs and aunts. No one in reception. Very dirty. The staff are not nice."

"Cadre très agréable. Petits dejeuners copieux, jus de fruits, crêpes, yaourts faits en direct au moment de s'asseoir. Chambre très propre. Propriétaire très sympathique."
