"We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The biggest highlight is the location — right in the heart of Palermo and within easy walking distance of the main sights, which made it easy to explore and pop back to the hotel during the day. It’s also only around 15 minutes from Palermo Centrale station, which was very convenient. The only downside is that it’s quite far from Palermo Notarbartolo, where we rented a car, so that meant relying on taxis or buses. The room was spacious, clean, and the air...

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

"This hotel is superb! The staff is very friendly - they come down stairs to help bring your luggage up or down to the front door. The breakfast is wonderful and rich in varieties. The room is very clean. The hotel location is so good that you can walk in the old town to almost every where! Enjoyed my stay so much!"
