"Our stay at UNA Galles Milano was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The young gentleman who assisted us during check-in was very kind, attentive and friendly, he took time to explain everything clearly and even helped us by reserving at a near restaurant. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. And the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent; close to restaurants, shops, and has a bus and train stop just 2 minutes form the hotel. I would recommend this hotel a thousand times over and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Milan."

"All I want to say is thank you for the all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. They were welcoming and helpful above and beyond what is usually offered by hotel staff. The only thing that people should be aware of is when you enter the hotel you have a number of steps to go down. There is a lift which you have to ask the reception for access."

"The room was clean but quite tight for 2 people. The bathroom lacked amenities and there should be a handle on the shower wall not the bi-fold shower door. Shower could have used more light as well. If you brought a large suitcase, it would have been extremely difficult to have found space for it. Other hotels had staff that after bringing up luggage, stayed and explained various room functions which this hotel did not. Front desk personnel and restaurant and bar staff were very professional."
