"The property was very clean. The coffee pod machine v welcome. It was above 30 and with no air con in living area I had to go to main road area for some shaded seating to enjoy my stay. Local cafes were lovely and the amenities store had everything I needed. I was fortunate that had local friends who could drive me around as not much in local area. "With free onsite parking, this hotel was a convenient base from which we could take day trips around Sardinia with our rental car. The room/suite was very spacious, clean, and had a small fridge/mini-bar as well as an electric tea kettle. The free Wifi worked well, the staff was very courteous and helpful, and the price was reasonable."

"The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant is amazing. The hotel itself could use some TLC. It was very clean but it looked a little bit in disrepair. The curtains in my room were off the track, the TV worked and then didn’t, the millwork was weathered."

"We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. That said, there were also some very positive aspects. Breakfast was really enjoyable, and one staff member who was present every day provided excellent and attentive service. Dinner was also a highlight, the tuna steak was outstanding. The swimming pool and pool bar area felt very luxurious and"
