"One other guest we meet called it the hotel from hell, which somes it up properly. A very strange vibe in this hotel a cross between a murder mystery hotel and a soviet area spa. The staff need to learn how to smile and serve it's customers properly, only the breakfast lady was great. Hotel difficult to get to required 10 km detour, wifi available but without internet access!!!! Had to pay 30 euros per person per day to access the pools. The on-site restaurant was horrible and staff useless....

"Beautiful and quiet property, clean rooms, pool with stunning views. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast."

"From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return."

"Unfortunately, our third night at this hotel completely changed our experience for the worse. We were staying in Room 16, and the guests in the room next door, Room 14, were talking extremely loudly, laughing, and shouting continuously until around 4:00 AM. The noise made it practically impossible for us to sleep. We tried calling the hotel’s after-hours number 4–5 times during the night, hoping someone could intervene, but nobody answered. This was extremely frustrating. If an after-hours...

"Absolutely amazing villa. So peaceful and beautiful. The staff was so attentive and friendly, helped with everything we needed. Plus the views of the vineyards from the villa was just perfect. The villa felt pristine. Everything perfectly crafted for an amazing stay. Couldn’t recommend it more."

"Michele and Sara are awesome. Michele greeted us and got us settled in. He provided local information on things to see, do and places to eat. We were extremely happy with our room. It was unique and well appointed. They had a small tray with biscotti and an Italian liquor waiting for us. Shower was hot. Bathroom great and well lit. Bed was very comfortable and the best pillows I had found in Italy. It is located in a centuries old palace. The room had some of the original stone exposed which...

"Excellent hôtel, perfectly located in town. Great breakfast and wonderful view on the valley. Staff were very attentive to our needs. Few parking spaces available so reserve in advance. Room was great but not exceptional."

"Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente"

"Lovely hotel, nice big room and great amenities. Just outside the historic centre, so great location."

"Wunderschöne Anlage, tolles Personal. Abends unbedingt dort essen. Wir kommen wieder!"

"Our stay in Tuscany was one of our favorite parts of our entire Italy trip, and this farmhouse was a big part of what made it so special. The property is absolutely stunning. We actually extended our stay and stayed in two different rooms, and both were gorgeous, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the charming...

"This property is pristine. Absolutely beautiful with some of the best views in Tuscany. I would recommend this experience to anyone."

"The bathroom had a ventilation issue and smelled of old urin. It ruined the experience."

"We had a great stay in this conveniently located property. The breakfast was good with many options and staff to assist."

"Everything was excellent, and the restaurant was a very nice surprise with great food and service. Their wines and facilities like the spa are also top-notch. The tile floor in our room was slightly dirty, but not enough to lose any ratings in our book, just something worth mentioning."

"Beautiful property and five star service. We loved everything about our stay!"

"All Team members @ this Hotel were welcoming, professional & friendly. The Hotel has a restaurant on-site that provides you with a wonderful dining experience. We got upgraded on our arrival which was such a wonderful perk. Thank you to Palazzo Saloni & Montalcino for the wonderful memories!"
