"We had a wonderful stay at the villa - we were a group of 10 adults and 2 children and used the villa as our home base for a week to explore the area (Pienza, Siena, Montalcino, Montelpulciano, etc). There are 4 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms which were fantastic for the families, plus an additional communal kitchen and living room for everyone to gather. It was the perfect setup as it gave everyone the ability to have some privacy as well as for everyone to congregate and eat meals...

"Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again. "

"Abbiamo passato 3 gg veramente perfetti in questo appartamento davvero molto carino e spazioso in cui non mancava nulla,con una camera decisamente spaziosa e un soggiorno con cucina altrettanto grandi e in perfetto stile rustico rimesso a nuovo. E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! "Bathroom could really be a lot cleaner. It’s a walk-up to the room on 2nd floor, but not bad unless you have a lot of luggage. The room itself is comfortable and the kitchen facilities are pretty good. I missed having a window in the room I could look out of, but also appreciated the peace and quiet. Can’t complain much about the kitchen, it has most of what you need, but there should really be a wine bottle opener. This is Italy after all. :)"
