"The villa and property was spectacular and immaculate. We were warmly greeted by our host upon arrival and given a comprehensive introduction of the property and necessary information. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. All of the bathrooms had new fixtures , hand painted walls and it felt like a personal spa on each floor. The pool was immaculately maintained by our host. Every need was anticipated-from pool floats to a pool house with a fridge and separate bathroom / shower. The flowering plants and trees around the villa were absolutely beautiful and fragrant. We felt pampered as if we were at a five star resort. Our hosts olive oil was delicious and we would highly recommend hiring the personal chef ( Donato) to cook a meal or two. The meals we had were exceptional. Our host was friendly , responsive , attentive and respectful of our time and privacy. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Maria and hope to return with my family in the future."

"Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Durch die Lage am Hang ein toller Blick vom Garten auf die Hügel und Berge. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und das Grundstück wirklich der Hammer. Wir hatten einen wundervoll entspannten Urlaub. Danke dafür."

" An Absolutely Unforgettable Stay Near Florence!Our family of five absolutely LOVED this property just outside of Florence. From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the beauty of the home and the breathtaking views that surrounded us. The property is stunning in every way and felt like something out of a dream.One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible meal prepared by Barbara. It was truly one of the best meals we had during our trip, and the special birthday treat at the end made the evening even more memorable. Such a thoughtful and wonderful touch!The pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off on the warm Tuscan afternoons, and we spent many hours enjoying the peaceful surroundings and spectacular scenery.Niccolò was absolutely incredible and was always available to help with anything we needed. His hospitality and attention to detail made our stay seamless and stress-free.And Paula—where do we even begin? WE LOVE PAULA! She was amazing, so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She treated us like family from the moment we met her, and her kindness made our experience even more special.Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. "The outside of the house, the poolarea, the veranda all very beautiful!It is clean, very cozy kitchen. Annemaria is amazing! So friendly and always there to lend a hand if needed. She and het daughter cooked us a lovely dinner. Highly recommended.The only thing that could be improved in the villa is the livingroom. We had very bad weather and were forced to stay inside. The living only has a couch for two persons and is uncomfortable. We were with 4 people so not enough room to sit on. And it was chilly.But if the weather is good nobody cares about that ofcourse. Then you will have an amazing time there!"
