"The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!! "Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised."

Very thin walls and poor window insulation, we could hear the person next door snoring and sound of the train announcements from the station.
