"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The studio is immaculate, spacious and even nicer in person. I especially appreciated having not just one but 2 full length mirrors! We were in town for a wedding and it made getting ready that much easier. The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect! It’s very walkable to the shops and restaurants. "We came for a graduation and enjoyed our stay at 206 Grand St this past weekend. Though it is an older building, the history is interesting, the location for us was perfect and it is a spacious, clean and comfortable place for two (and probably more). Maria is an attentive host who anticipates her guests’ needs and is very available should her guests need assistance. This apartment is a second floor walk up so may not be the best for those with disabilities or mobility issues. However there...

Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work...
