"Good location to the train station and centre. Very spacious room and decent size shower. As a downside there were not too many plug sockets so we had to share one by the bed, and the towels provided were kind of small."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!"

"Great location in Monschau. Clean, basic hotel good for a nights stopover. Very comfortable & spacious bedroom. No complaints for the price. Recommend contacting the hotel prior to arrival to book a parking space as they are limited. Staff very helpful when we called en-route for directions."
