"Great communication with host prior to arrival and during stay. Pool area is amazing. Lots of space for 3 families to spread out, but also great areas to all be together. Nice touch with Christmas tree as we were there over the holidays. The pool was amazing for the kids. "Would give zero stars if possible. Not clean or comfortable and nearly nowhere to park even one vehicle. Hot tub was slimy and cold. Booked another cabin on this property and host cancelled it at the last minute with zero reason and refused to refund my money, respond to my messages or respond to VRBO when contacted about my refund.
