TD Casa Altomare w/ Terrace Over Historic Center

Casa Altomare is a large apartment located just outside the historic center of Monopoli, precisely on the main road: Via Garibaldi. The house is located in a period building on the second floor accessible through flights of stairs , such as high stone vaults, large windows and authentic floors, which convey the warmth and hospitality of our land. The house is all on one level, with an entrance into the bright living room, a kitchenette equipped with every comfort and a table with benches. On the right side there is a large double bedroom with double window and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom on the left side, also large and bright, with double bed and single bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower and small balcony overlooking Via Garibaldi. Upstairs, an exclusively owned terrace, equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower, comfortable kitchen and laundry room, all with panoramic views of the roofs of the historic center.


The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 . . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in

Monopoli

Extremely central and busy. For some it might be very hard to deal with the noise from a bar opposite which was open until after 2 a.m. For me it was not an issue. We would have liked more than one bath towel for our eight day stay. There was only two of us in this big house - we could not risk washing the towel as the weather was a bit unpredictable. The 25 Euro charge for extra was a bit excessive. The bed in the street front bedroom was not very comfortable and many slats had slipped. Otherwise a great stay and Monopoli is amazing.
