Lovely setting, beautiful surroundings

We had a lovely stay with our 2 dogs, even though the weather wasn't kind to us for most of it! There are some beautiful towns and villages to visit, and plenty of walking/cycling to be done in the area. The house had everything we would need, including patio table and chairs and sun loungers with towels. The neighbours who handled the check in/check out were very accommodating and exceptionally friendly. Although the house is basic in style, it has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a wonderful wood burning stove in the lounge area.

Hebergement au top, il ne manque rien. Nous avons passés un tres bon séjour tres reposant avec nos deux chiennes grace au jardin clos, tres agreable et ombragé. Paysage tres jolis autour du gite. Literie impecable. Facile d'arrivee grace à la boite à clé. Le Wifi est un vrai Wifi avec une box dans le gite. Merci a Joceline de nous avoir permis de passer de tres bonnes vacances. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme.Région propice aux balades, randonnées et au vélo.La maison est pourvue de tout le nécessaire, dispose d'un jardin ombragé grâce à l'arbre, mais aussi à la terrasse munie d'un abri.Jocelyne est restée à notre écoute très rapidement dès la réservation du gîte. Sur place, Julie était disponible en cas de besoin. A recommander !

Très agréable

Boite à clés à l'arrivée. Maison très agréable et confortable. La maison garde bien le frais. Un escalier un peu raide conduit à l'étage. La terrasse est bien aérée, très plaisant d'y manger. Beau terrain très appréciable , clos, super quand on a un chien. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de barbecue laissé à notre disposition. Boite à clés au départ. Bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a toujours répondu à nos quesrions. Nous recommandons ce mas provencal très bien situé entre Ventoux et Lubéron.

Schöner Urlaub im Vaucluse

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus. Einfach, aber komplett eingerichtet für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Eingezäunter Garten, toll für die Hunde. Leider „nur“ französisches Sat-TV. Dafür aber gute WLan-Verbindung. Immer wieder!

Gezellig huisje

Gezellig ingericht huisje met een zeer complete inrichting en een goede houtkachel. De ramen zijn wel klein, dus overdag is het binnen vrij donker. Het terras is overdekt, prettig als het regent. Mooie omgeving met veel mogelijkheden (bijv. kloof van de Nesque, Mt. Ventoux, Sault). Vanuit het huis ook leuke wandelmogelijkheden. Enige minpunt was dat tijdens ons verblijf elke dag vlak in de buurt vuil verbrand werd, waardoor de lucht niet fris rook.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner ruhiger Landschaft

Sehr abgenehmes und komfortabes kleines Haus. Wir haben die Mas sehr sauber und mit kompletter und funktionierender Ausstattung vorgefunden. Zum Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten mit überdachter Sitzgruppe. Das Internet (XS) lief am besten früh morgens oder spät abends. Die Treppe ins Oberschoss ist sehr stabil. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nocheinmal wieder.

schöne Lage Ruhig erholsam

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Ruhe genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir würden wieder kommen. Das Internet existiert nur theoretisch, da die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit so langsam ist. Sonst alles gut, gerne wieder. Freundliche Grüße C & V

Schönes Haus in abwechlungsreicher Umgebung

Wie schon von vielen beschrieben, ist das Haus sehr schön, man sieht es gut auf den Fotos. Der abgezäunte Garten ist natürlich praktisch, wenn man mit Hund da ist (Achtung: Die Treppe, eher eine Leiter, in die obere Etage ist sehr steil, so dass Hund und evtl. auch gehbeeinträchtigte Personen dort nicht hochkommen). Im Garten kann man sich auch bei Hitze toll unter dem Baum im Schatten aufhalten oder auf der überdachten Terrasse sitzen. Die ganz direkte Umgebung fanden wir jetzt nicht ganz so optimal (kleine Straßenkreuzung direkt am Haus in einer losen Siedlung - vgl. Google-Maps). Dafür ist die Landschaft an sich wirklich toll. Durch die Nähe des Mont Ventoux hat man alle Höhenlagen bis 1900 m und bei der Umfahrt des Mont Ventoux entdeckt man die verschiedensten Landschaftstypen (die Baronnies im Norden als kleine wilde Berglandschaft, die Hochebene bei Sault mit den Lavendelfeldern, und nach Westen die Tiefebene mit Wein, Olivenbäumen und Gemüseanbau). Dazu jede Menge kleine und wirklich authentische Bergdörfer. Auch Sault hat genau die richtige Mischung aus normalem französischen Leben und Angeboten an Geschäftchen und Veranstaltungen (z.B. mehrere Tage Lavendelfest Mitte August). Man kann wirklich viel unternehmen - abseits des Touristentrubels. Natürlich ideal zum Wandern. In Monieux direkt beginnt ja die Gorge de la Nesque, die man bei Trockenheit im Bachbett durchwandern oder mit dem Auto auf halber Höhe durchfahren kann. Spektakulär! So war es wirklich ein schöner Urlaub! (Achtung: Wie schon beschrieben funktioniert das W-LAN nur teilweise, eigentlich eher nicht.)

Einfach traumhaft

Auf eine Postkarte aus Monnieux schrieben wir in diesem Sommer: Ein Traum ging in Erfüllung. Und genauso ist es an diesem Ort. Ein liebevoll restauriertes provenzalisches Haus mit olivfarbenen Fensterläden und einem bezaubernden Garten mit großer Wiese, in der ein schattenspendender Baum mit tiefroten Blättern steht. Betritt man das Haus, so spricht alles, angefangen von der Einrichtung, über die Farben, bis hin zur Dekoration: Herzlich Willkommen in der Provence. Am Morgen die Stille der Landschaft genießend, kann man das Erwachen der Zikaden erleben. Dazu eine Tasse Kaffee und ein Croissant aus dem nahegelegenen Örtchen Sault. Dort gibt es auch jeden Mittwoch einen großen Markt mit regionalen Produkten. In der wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche lassen sich die Produkte zu einem köstlichen Essen verwandeln, das man auf der kleinen überdachten Terrasse im provenzalischen Abendlicht genießen kann. Und sollte etwas sein, wozu man Hilfe braucht, ein Anruf bei den Nachbarn reicht, um deren wundervolle Hilfsbereitschaft zu erleben. Im Rückblick ist jeder Moment an diesem Ort wie ein kleine wunderschöne Geschichte in der Provence.

Ein tolles Haus in der Vaucluse

Provence pur, toll. Ein einladendes Haus mit schönem Garten in den Feldern nahe Monieux unweit der Gorges de la Nesque - Lavendel, Ventoux, tolle kleine Orte - nahebei päpstliche und römische Geschichte - hier passt einfach alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren gut und sehr nett betreut.
