The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"My family, including our two young children, stayed at Repère Sauvage for three nights in late June 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, with thoughtful attention to every detail, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, the bicycles, and the delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay here again on a future trip. Highly recommended!"
