"Positive. - Staff when we arrived. Very nice. Great explanations. Good recommendations for restaurant. - breakfast is inclused. Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. "We were only here for a quick stop on our way back between Porto and LaCoruna so we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast or explore the area. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and it was very close to the train station. I would recommend it and wish we had longer to see the area."

"Absolutely beautiful property, iconic and a must stay! It was just so disappointing that our lunch meals and service were the worst I have ever experienced from such a quality hotel. All the food was just slapped on the plate, absolutely no presentation, club sandwiches were soggy and tasteless, hamburger was raw and had to be returned, no apologies, had to ask the waiter for more wine. Really think that management need to be more onto this, give this beautiful place the respect that it deserves! "

"Main issue was the mattress. At the front desk they told us these mattresses have to be used across all rooms and this was a kind of a personal issue. Fine, but I wonder if anyone from the staff tried to sleep on them. It's a bit of hard and very jumpy. If one person turns during the night, the other one would be jumping in the bed. Two sleepless nights for us."
