"Incredible views from our room at Tunnel Top, overlooking the beautiful valley and the iconic train tracks! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We also loved that drinks were available for free throughout our stay.
The staff were outstanding — super friendly and genuinely accommodating. They made us drinks, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, and even arranged tuk tuk transportation into Ella for us. Their warm hospitality made our stay even better.

"It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. We travel to similar calibre hotels every month and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever been to and we wouldn’t recommend spending your money going here.
