"Disappointed to say the least! The smell of cigarettes hit us the minute we stepped inside, to the point where our clothes smelt of it when we left. Then we noticed the general hygiene of the place was poor, markings all over the walls, smashed mirror and thick black hair in the bathroom. They had also used a temporary shower curtain due to a broken panel but this meant that the bathroom often became flooded/ slippery due to the length of it.
