"Everything was fine - great beds, great bathroom, great breakfast. However, a mouse decided to join us for breakfast - we saw it scuttling along the floor! It was dealt with quickly as far as I can tell. The lounge access was great - good drinks and good snacks. I would stay again."

"We were on a Viking River cruise and my wife became ill. We decided to forgo the rest of the cruise due to drought on the Rhine which meant long bus rides. That made deciding to rest up and hopefully finish our European adventure on a high note. The staff at hotel gave us a fresh start"

"Usb ports above bed did not work. Breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to see someone in person at the front desk when checking in rather than doing it on an ipad. Great to have free 24 hour bike garage 2 doors over from hotel entrance."

"This is an amazing hotel at a great price point. It might not be right in the centre of Rotterdam, it is short walk to the centre and also right on the Metro line. The rooms are spacious, clean. The breakfast is a wonderful (although creeping up in price). I will stay here again. This is my second time."
