"Loved everything about the property so perfect for what we wanted. The hosts went over and above to welcome us. Little extras like milk, breakfast cereals and snacks were a lovely extra too. Would defo recommend to anyone wanting a lovely break in ascot."

"We stayed for a weekend in early December. The weather was wet and cold so we made full use of the warm and comfortable cottage. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable. The setting is fine with good views over the fields and woodland. Bridget was very accommodating too."

"Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely little shepherds hut, just me and my dog. Idyllic if you want to get away from it all to have peace and quiet. The hut has everything you would need, lovely and clean, beautifully equipped and super cozy. The owner made me really welcome, nothing too much trouble, just a shame I couldn’t find her when I left to thank her! Highly recommend and will definitely return again. Thank you🌟"

"We were expecting to stay in a 1 bedroom cottage not a room There was no kitchen just a cupboard with a sink and a microwave so no room to be able to cook There was no bed as such just a futon because the room was so small we had to put it together and collapse it every day I was glad to come home"

Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. "No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...
