They are attentive but not intrusive and they went out of their way to make our stay great. We got a flat tire on our rental car and they helped to change it and got a replacement tire in town. "It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. "
