"They supply a Keurig in the room but no coffee at all and when we asked, they said they charge by each k-cup coffee pod. Kind of crazy you have to pay resort fees and can get the coffee maker but no coffee. Also no refrigerator or microwave in the room. "

"This has to be the best hotel in Las Vegas. It was only partially booked for our stay which surprised me. It's expensive but it's worth it. The staff knows they are in a competitive environment, and they work to make the hotel worthy of the Michelin star rating."

"We had no problems with the room or hotel or staff. Bell ago was great, but we won't be returning to Las Vegas, we find that its overpriced, blatantly so. Obviously the industry here is catering to a higher income bracket than us. But no complaints about the room or staff."

"Hotel is nice, if you are looking for a marriott go get one. This hotel is an original so it has age to it. It has a circus and amusement park- so there will be kids. It is on the more affordable side. The Buffet was okay. they have fast food, Krispy Kreme and starbucks on site which is a PLUS!! Staff was quick to move us away from loud neighbors. Parking is in a garage- VERY family Friendly. Staff in lobby, slots, buffet and gift shop all were nice!! "

"Good value. The only issue was that there was a cockroach in our room on the 1st day."

"Disappointed with this stay as we struggled to get our room cleaned-at all. The guest services staff was not very helpful and we had to call multiple times over several days just to get towels once it became clear that they were not cleaning the room that day. We passed the cleaning carts in the hall every morning so staff was around, just not cleaning our room. It’s a very expensive rate to receive poor service"
