"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "From when we arrived and got an early check in until our departure, our hotel stay was the best! The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The Kissaten bartender went to another bar to get one of the liquors for our cocktails. We frequented Cafe Castro’s for morning coffee and pastries, and for late dinners San Ta Marta. The hotel is well situated to the Metro, grocery store, pharmacy and local restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel apartment with a full kitchen and ensuite laundry."
