Suited us for its position
This property was OK for us though we couldn't arrive before 1730. Dan did let us leave our bikes while we went off to find somewhere to have a drink. We felt very much that we were living in someone else's house e.g. the bathroom had all of the owners stuff still in it. Breakfast was fine. Usually ...

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very efficient heating in the room. Food was great. The only ‘down’ was the room smelt of disinfectant with a Lino floor. Almost felt like a hospital?

Pilgrim lodgings, so simple and old with shared bathrooms, but the host is out of this world. Patrice is a fabulous guy. Expect wonderful conversation with people from all over the world around the table.

Plenty of space for all of us. The pool was nice, good location. Property was lovely but tired. Some tlc in places was needed. The pictures on the website don't show the true picture of the property now. Some teething issues which were explained by Jemma, who responded quickly.

The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages.
