"I chose this hotel largely because the website advertised laundry service. Unfortunately, I was only informed at check in that the service is not available on weekends, which was disappointing after two weeks of travel and something I would have liked to know before booking.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was good, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. However, the in room television experience was frustrating. The WiFi connection required for casting was not functioning in my room, and the Netflix button on the remote was unavailable, leaving me to watch content on my phone instead.
Overall, the hotel has several positive qualities, particularly the staff and breakfast, but clearer communication about service limitations and better maintenance of in room technology would have improved the experience."
