  • Enjoy stunning Atlantic views from the shared rooftop solarium terrace at Sunset Star Arguineguin. This vacation home offers step-free access both inside and out, ensuring comfort for all guests. Located on the first floor of a four-story building with an elevator, the apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, air conditioning, and fans. Relax on your private balcony in the evenings.



    Guests can sunbathe and cool off in the shower on the shared solarium with sea views. The property is just meters from the beach, with public transport links within walking distance. Please note, the apartment’s balcony does not offer direct sea views.



    Free street parking is readily available. There is a reserved garage space for guests with reduced mobility. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Enjoy convenient self check-in.



    The apartment is just steps from Perchel Beach in Arguineguin, one of Gran Canaria’s sunniest areas. Everything you need is nearby: supermarket (1-2 minutes on foot), restaurants, and cafés. There is a medical clinic and pharmacy on the same street, and a shopping center five minutes away on foot. The airport is 30 minutes by car or direct bus. Wonderful location.
