Sick most of the week - will not be back

On the first day we loved everything about the hotel - the rooms, the pool area and the food. But then one of us got sick with stomack virus (noro) and then one after one we got sick until all five of us were down, some even with fever. So our very expensive all inclusive week (+7000€) turned out to be a big disappointment as all of us had trouble with our stomachs even after getting up again, and none of us really felt like eating from the buffet - we only had a little plain bread, fruit, pasta and so for the rest of the week. Also, the hotel didn’t seem to care about the situation even though we were obviously not the only sick guests (there was vomit in the corridots and they told us we were not). By the end of the week they put disinfectant forward in the restaurant but that was a very slow reaction - and also they could have made guests more aware of the importance of using it, e.g. on info screens. Thumbs up, however, to the cleaning staff who were the only ones who seemed to care. They did a great job. We will not come back. Luckily we had another week in a self-catered apartment after our week at Bull Dorado - it cost way under half of this week (food included) and was so much better in all terms. Of course the hotel cannot avoid that people get sick but at least they could have an attitude of regret and try to take precautions.

Ich habe mich fĂŒr dieses Hotel aufgrund der sehr guten Lage entschieden und das war definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön und auch der Wellnessbereich sowie der Fitnessraum haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Zudem war das Personal durchweg freundlich und bemĂŒht. Auch die Beachbar hatte einen positiven Aspekt: Es gab dort zusĂ€tzlich Snacks, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Leider ĂŒberwiegen fĂŒr mich dennoch die negativen Punkte deutlich. Bereits am ersten Tag hatte ich das GefĂŒhl, dass ich mich falsch entschieden habe. RĂŒckblickend hĂ€tte ich lieber etwas mehr Geld (ca. 400–500 €) investiert und ein hochwertigeres, beispielsweise ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, gebucht. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, wodurch ich mich wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts kaum entspannen konnte. ZusĂ€tzlich war gefĂŒhlt immer irgendwo im Hotel eine Baustelle. Dieser Anblick hat das Gesamtbild leider stark beeintrĂ€chtigt. Auch die Einrichtung wirkt insgesamt veraltet. Die Dusche sah zunĂ€chst sauber aus, bei genauerem Hinsehen war sie jedoch leider deutlich verschmutzt. Das Buffet wirkte anfangs vielfĂ€ltig, allerdings wiederholte sich die Auswahl tĂ€glich stark und das Essen war teilweise sehr fettig. Auch die GetrĂ€nkeauswahl an der Beachbar entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht einem All-Inclusive-Standard. Es gab kaum Abwechslung und man konnte im Grunde immer wieder nur dasselbe trinken. Das Abendprogramm war leider ebenfalls nicht ĂŒberzeugend und wirkte weder abwechslungsreich noch besonders an

Hissarna har/hĂ„ller pĂ„ att renoveras och vi hade inga problem med detta som mĂ„nga verkar ha haft tidigare. Poolen hĂ„ller temp 26-28°. Helt suverĂ€nt. Vi bodde pĂ„ övre delen och hade fantastisk utsikt över havet. Dock skulle billjud frĂ„n gatan (loftgĂ„ng) kunna upplevas störande. Vi tyckte utbudet och smaken pĂ„ buffĂ©n var sĂ„dĂ€r. Helt okej all inclusive-hotell

Plus: bra poolomrÄde, bra spaavdelning. Rent och frÀscht. Bra lÀge till strand, buss och stad. Minus: sega/trasiga hissar som innebar lÄnga vÀntetider. Buffén hade bra utbud men kvaliteten pÄ maten var inte den bÀsta. Restaurangen öppnade Àven lite i senaste laget (kl. 13) för smÄbarnsfamiljer. AC:n fungerade inte pÄ vÄrt rum och vi hörde frÄn andra gÀster att deras inte heller fungerade. Personalen pÄstÄr dock att den funkar. Nedkylningen av rummet sköttes istÀllet av takflÀktar.
