"Absolutely stunning location on Garda Hotel has a lovely terrace restaurant and a small lounger terrace for sunbathing- both overlooking the river The food in the hotel was a little pricey compared to others, but lovely. Service from re emotion amazing. Waiting staff was a little more chaotic Not sure if it was a language barrier, but you would ask for something and it wouldn’t arrive! Witnessed a few people have same experience. Some aspects of hotel need a little attention. Such as chairs with burn holes etc. But overall just lovely. We stayed early September and plenty of space. Lovely atmosphere. I would say 2 nights in Sirmione is probably about right. Breathtaking view. Thank you for a lovely stay"

"Loved this hotel. Location amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. One of the best breakfast we have had. Staff very friendly and helped us organise a transfer to Verona."

"Great 5 star hotel in a beautiful location. The restaurant is very very good, high class, but not cheap. At the front of the property you are 100 meters from a huge choice of Italian restaurants and a great lively atmosphere.. The only downside I would say was that after the initial allocation of 4 coffee pods in your room you then had to pay 2 euros per pod thereafter, very petty for a 5 star hotel."

Hotel Sirmione Terme

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
