Paolo ist großartig. Er ist immer da, aber man merkt ihn nahezu garnicht. Zum Frühstück immer leckeres Omelett dazu selbstgebackener Kuchen und mal ein Tiramisu von Mama. Er gibt tolle Tipps zum Abendessen und es gibt einige Trattoria und Co. in der Umgebung die einen Besuch wert sind. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und haben einen traumhaften und ruhigen Ausblick auf die Schlucht. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben.
