the room is on the 3rd floor. the building has no elevator. it may not be a good choice to stay if you have heavy luggages to carry. the condition of the room itself is comfortable and clean.

I had the worst sleep I have ever had while in Italy in this room. I’m not sure how it is rated so high on Expedia. - The bed was sagging in the middle with two people on it. It was very soft, so not much weight made it sag. It made my girlfriend and I roll into each other. - ⁠The fridge was extremely loud. Probably a failing compressor. It would turn into high gear once every 20 minutes or so. - ⁠The AC was also a little loud but worked well. - ⁠The external blinds in the bedroom could not be closed completely. This allowed lights into the room, even at night as the blinds were not blackout blinds. - ⁠The shared hallway is awful. Imagine a 4x5 foot area with three four doors, one of the doors was for entry/exit of the apartment. You can hear when other tenants enter or leave their room as it takes keys to open/lock doors. - ⁠Zero soundproofing between rooms. I could hear the other people in the room across talking. I could also hear the larger rooms TV very clearly. - ⁠Shower water pressure wasn’t too bad but the drain needs fixing as it’s pooling. There is also mould in the shower. - ⁠One set of thick pillows. Perhaps I’m being particular about the size of it as I feel my neck was bent forward too much but there were no other options. I could not stay longer than one night as it was just an awful experience. The only good thing is that it appeared like a relatively clean place minus the mouldy shower. No refunds! AVOID.

Cute room within 1/2 block of the train station. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, including many restaurants and cafes. The property manager met me outside the building after I walked from the train station. The only caveat? If you have a lot of bags, it’s an upstairs unit with no lift.

アパートの一角をホテルの部屋として使っているようでした。 私が到着した時には、スタッフの方は帰宅しており、1時間以上中に入れませんでした。 たまたま、アパートから出てきたご家族に助けていただき、なんとかチェックインできましたが、かなり困りました。 また、フロントがないため、荷物も預かってもらえないです。 駅から近く、部屋も広く、綺麗ですが、あまりお勧めはできません。。

Beautiful room!

We spent just one night after arriving by train. We arrived about 10:30 in the morning and were to meet the cleaners at the apartment where we could store our luggage till check in at 2. However our train was late and we had difficulty finding exactly the place...the numbers are confusing. There was no name on the building and none of the mailboxes indicated Emilia Suite Hotel. Chira graciously met us earlier than 2 and let us in. The room was beautiful! Very modern and well appointed. Would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely Suite Close to Train Station

We stayed at Emilia Suites for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Just a block from the train and bus stations, but still quiet. The room was well appointed with a comfy bed and large bathroom with great shower. The suite is about a 15 minute walk to the main shops, squares and restaurants but there are coffee shops/restaurants nearby as well. It is within a 10 minute walk to the Ferrari Museum which was one of our reasons for selecting this location. Would stay here again if we return to Modena.

This hotel had no onsite reception, we had to stand on the sidewalk with our luggage waiting for them to meet us for check in. We were only in the room for a short time before heading to dinner and a night out in Modena. When returning to our room at the end of the night the entire room and hallway was over come with a disgusting sewage smell that was making us physically ill. After contacting the offsite reception they told us this was not their fault and had no other rooms. We packed our stuff up and walked around Modena at midnight looking for a new hotel. After telling Emilia Suite staff we left they agreed to reimbursement in the morning however the next day and now a week later I have not gotten any response from them and have yet to receive my refund. Do not stay here.
