Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "
