"Very clean and staff were very nice. No problem with checking in or out. My only problem was the noise at 3 & 4 o’clock in the morning. I was there for a 3 day training class and getting woken up out my sleep that time of the morning was very disturbing. "

The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "

"Staff were rude !! Breakfast was a joke never had anything available. Asked for towels 4 times and was told were out and we will bring them when avaliable."
