Other Things to Note:
For your personal safety and peace of mind:
In this age of uncertainty with the fears over COVID-19, we want to set your fears to rest. Our rental units not only are Cleaned Professionally and sanitized for your safety, but in April 2020 have also installed The Reme Halo air sanitizer into our 3 Moab town homes HVAC systems.

The Reme Halo sanitizes every cubic inch of the air that the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system processes. It will remove the risks of airborne and surface bacteria, mold spores and viruses, such as COVID-19, MRSA, e-coli and Norwalk, to name a few.

The Reme Halo air purifier is effective against all three categories of indoor air pollutants, Particulates, Microbials and Gases. The Reme Halo is a THOROUGHLY SAFE air and surface sanitizer.
