Very good location near train station, bus stop, supermarket and convenience stores. Excellent cafe on 1st floor. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff and service they provide. Bellhop was there to assist with our luggage as soon as we arrived, check-in staff

Onsen area is well kept but the room (annex) is very dated and not properly cleaned. The vent directly above the bed looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months and the bathroom sink also hat something stuck in it. The employees were all very friendly.
