"Stayed for work and had a meeting in the morning. My wife attended the stay but not the meeting and she said she was treated kindly by the staff amd was given a conference room to waitin while my work stuff concluded. Its always a great experience at this particular hotel."

"The Hager Hideaway was the perfect getaway for me and my partner for a long weekend. We visited a few historic sites in the area and the farm was the perfect distance between all of them. The house is irresistibly charming and we felt spoiled all weekend with modern conveniences in a historic setting. We enjoyed the large porch and the peacefulness of the property. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"Location and Convenience 5 Stars - The room was modern (pretty basic and bare) and there was daily fresh towels and bathroom cleaning. Comfy bed, good TV. The fridge did not get cold enough even when turned up all the way for 3 days. The morning breakfast was basic, but fine and well stocked. Pet friendly 😼. There is a workout room. The lobby is bare and it looks like there may be ongoing renovations. Overall, good value for the money. "

"Lovely place! Felt safe and very private. Nicely furnished with comfy beds and a luxurious shower. Nice area by the river to walk. Amazing deck with a beautiful view. Convenient drive to Bardstown or a little further to the caves. Was able to get on 5g internet fine, no need to worry. I will note, it’s at the bottom of a pretty steep hill and I worry my Camry would have struggled in the rain or snow, but we had good weather. Just noting it might be a 4-wheel drive trip. "
