"禁煙室がもう満室で、仕方なく喫煙室をとりました。大失敗でした。 喫煙室のタバコの匂いが半端無く最悪で気分悪くなりました。フロア全体がタバコのケミカルの匂いがして、お部屋の中ではバスタオルまで染み込んでました。普段悪いレビュー書きませんが、これは必ず書いた方がいいと思いました。おすすめしません。"

"It’s located rather remote. It’s a hot spring hotel than your usual hotel. You may have to settle your meals in the hotel as travelling out is just too far away. However it’s a different experience to immerse in the country side though…."

"Absolutely wonderful and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff extremely professional and helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"The room we stay was needed a change due to basin and bathroom water choked. But the staff was kind to replace our room on second night. It was a chaos but a change of room is necessary in order to bath."

"Great hotel with very good location. Very nice Onsen and free massage chairs😊. Close to bus stops ( bus Nr1 take you directly to the Airport 1200yen) and JR train lines. Many restaurants around and walkable distance to the main Akita attractions. Only down side was breakfast, but is not hot part of hotel. Could be better. Generally highly recommend 👌"
