When you call and ask for clarification the desk will tell you speak with Melody Market we don't know, good luck getting hold of someone in Melody Market,... I spoke with a lady she said she is busy and I need to call back and ask for billing Manager, couldn't get hold of that imaginary person at all after multiple attempts and voicemail. Called back the hotel desk the n3xt day requested to speak to a managet I was connected with one but after 15 minutes of phone call I ended the call with more frustration, questions and confused. All the reviews you see 80% of the guests have concerns over the extra charges and billing. Also you will not see disney characters decorations or vibe, nor you are provide a free shuttle with your stay like other disney neighborhood hotels. "

"Arrived to a room full of ants crawling all over the walls, bathroom counter and ceilings. Reported to Expedia and hotel front desk. Was charged for the night even though we had to leave and pay for a hotel end where and had not even unpacked and had only been on property more than 39 mins. Took me 2 days on vacation to fight the charges with the hotel and Expedia. It ruined my vacation. "

"We came here from just staying at another Ayres in Moreno Valley. Immediately upon arriving we noticed that the staff was not friendly.. Both at the front desk and in their hotel restaurant. When we arrived, I tried to check us in but realized the booking reservation was under my husbands name, I called him in and the front desk staff then turned directly to my husband, with me beside him and told him “since the booking is in your name, only you are permitted to ask questions or request any keycards.” As if she hadn’t been speaking with me at all, like I wasn’t even standing there..? Not sure why this approach was taken but we were shocked. No issues and no comments made on our end. We just ignored it. The previous Ayres had breakfast included and we had mistakenly assumed this one did, too. When searching for the breakfast spot, the staff seemed annoyed and told us to sit wherever we wanted, standing around until we chose a seat.. When we received our menus we realized that we probably misread the booking amenities and asked for a few minutes to ourselves. The gentleman proceeded to stand over my husbands shoulder and look at his phone, once I asked for what was probably the 5th time, he left and got one of his female colleagues who came over and said “so, are you guys ready? Or..” Again, very nicely we responded “we just need a few minutes to look through.” To which she responded sarcastically “Ok, yes ma’am!” … very strange treatment here. Maybe a bad day for them??"

"We arrived very early and the staff was able to get us checked in earlier than we expected. They were all very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, AC worked well. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub much while there. Overall a great experience and close to the park maybe less than 10 minute of a walk. The Fifth Rooftop Bar was another great perk of staying there. "
