"We love this place for our annual family beach trip. We’ve been here for the last five years and are already booked for next year. The hostess is wonderful and very responsive. The beach access is perfect and the beach nearby is great for younger kids. We especially like the two dining areas and that all 14 of us can sit around the huge table. We use the second dining area for puzzles and games. The location is close to Boardwalk too. This trip and the house is something we look forward to each...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was a cozy little home perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and the host was very responsive. It was still an original home with a few upgrades which was a breath of fresh air because of so many of the other homes having been completely renovated have lost their beach vibe. We really enjoyed the cottage’s original patina. The location was fantastic, so close to the beach and the pier. We will definitely be back!"

"The people are really friendly. It's really old school. There's a place where you can walk down to the creek feed the ducks. Also they had barbecue pits fire pits. Plenty of cut wood. The place had a chimney and it was pretty cold so I built the fire every night and in my fireplace in the room. All I know is we slept a lot too. It's very quiet at night and very dark."

"Our family had a wonderful long weekend stay here. So close to Twin Lakes State Beach, the harbor and nearby restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was easy. Checking in and out directions were clear and correspondence with the host was responsive and helpful."

"This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves."
