"Overall perfect except for the yellow-haired at the front desk. I cannot recall his name, but he was by far the worst staff member we encountered. He firmly told us that a late check-out was absolutely impossible because the hotel was supposedly fully booked. Out of curiosity, we checked room availability ourselves shortly afterwards, and there were still plenty of rooms available. About an hour later, after the staff shift changed, we asked another staff member, and she kindly helped arrange the late check-out without any issue. Honestly, the experience felt insulting, and it even made us wonder whether there was some form of racism involved. Please do not try to defend the situation by saying late check-out availability is subject to change — we asked another staff member only about an hour later and received a completely different response."

"This is a very old hotel right next to the airport. If you just need to sleep and go, it will do. The bed was nice and the sheets clean and comfortable. Our biggest bummer was that the hotel is old in need of a renovation. The grounds are pretty rough. Our first impression when driving up was that we should run away. The staff was very helpful. They didn’t have a scale for weighing luggage. The guy said it’s keeps getting lost. We had dinner there and it was ok, not good or bad, just ok. We skipped breakfast."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was good water pressure in the walk in shower. However there wasn't a kettle and the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Next to a night club so was very loud until late. Free parking and staff were very helpful to make a cup of tea which is not a common thing in Italy!"
