"The staff were great and the hotel in its best condition. I highly recommend staying there especially if you are a family. The location is excellent as it’s very near to mostly all the attractions of the city. Special shout out to Mr. Ahmed from the hotel reception team."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful place in between mountains and the beach, it is a small and cosy five stars, the staff are very helpful, attentive to details and looking very well after the guests. I tried a message and facial at the Zen spa which was soo relaxing, special thanks to Girlie who gave me an exceptional massage and release all the muscles tensions. Kids area, pools are nice, we tried food at the Waves restaurant by the beach which was lovely, the only comment I have is the quality and variety of food which needs improvement as it doesn’t live up to a five stars hotel, it was more like a value menue."

"This is a lovely hotel and the restaurants that we tried were good (especially the Asian one and even the coffee/cheese croissant from the Lobby Lounge). The reception staff were AMAZING!!! So pleasant and helpful. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom has a HUGE soaking tub. The only thing that was a bit annoying is there isn’t an adult pool, so you had ALL the kids in the kid pool and regular pool and the lifeguard was blowing the whistle 1,000 times and OF COURSE the kids were ignoring him and parents didn’t care. An adult only pool would make this place perfect! "

"The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken seriously and dismissed. The evening staff however was wonderful. Excellent location."
