Elevate your vacation experience and reward yourself with a unit that not only embodies the upgrades you desire but also offers the breathtaking views you truly deserve. Unit 203 surpasses expectations with its impeccable features, including tile floors, granite countertops, a modernized kitchen, renovated shower, and soothing beach-inspired decor, among other luxurious touches. For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway with individual Smart HDTV's so they can watch their favorite shows and there's even an electrical outlet and USB port here for other electronics!

This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people desire. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

We had the best getaway here! It was perfect! The amenities were modern, the view was amazing, and the bed was SO comfortable! Grocery store is a block away, and a nice place to eat on the beach is less than 1/2 mile away. We will definitely be back! We loved it

We had a wonderful stay! The check in process was very simple. I received excellent communication from a concierge asking if we needed anything at all. The unit was very clean and updated with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We watched dolphins while drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. Short walking distance to the private beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach!!! We’ll definitely go back!

We loved the Windancer. The condo is nicely updated, clean and spacious. Having a heated pool in March was awesome. It is conveniently located close to everything that we wanted. We loved the view of the Gulf and being on the beach.

Very pleased with rental. Walk out your door and be on the beach! Extremely clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. I would most definitely stay here again. Close to everything!

We have a very nice stay at this condo! The location is fabulous- oceanfront! The best part of staying on the beach is that you can walk right out to the water in just a few short steps The condo was clean, and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay- The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The condo is as described-views from the balcony overlook the ocean and the pool. Steps from the beach and pool mean extra time to relax. Chair service is an extra nice perk. Plenty of pillows/linens/towels. Fully accessorized kitchen. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation

We loved our experience and stay at Windancer! Our kids LOVED the bunk beds and pool. There were lots of families staying at the same time which was great because our kids were able to make new friends. The condo was very clean and honestly, better than we expected. It was a peaceful area and we loved the private beach with the 2 beach chairs included in our stay. Brandon was great! We will definitely consider staying here again.

This place is fantastic! It’s a smaller condo complex that is directly on the beach. This condo had everything you need to make your home away from home on the beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately it was booked. I will definitely be back!

Great condo but POOR communication

The unit is very neat and well laid out. We enjoyed our time there. The only major issue we had was that there was absolutely NO contact from the property manager or their representattive. We were instructed that we would be contacted between 24 and 48 hours prior to our stay by someone. That never happened. Absolutely no contact before nor after arrival other than a request for review. We had a couple of questions prior to arrival and had no way to ask or get answered. Great condo, POOR management skills.

This was the first time we heard every step and chair dragging from the unit above. It was either due to poor insulation or people who could only stomp when they walked
