Welcome to The Salty Sandpiper—your serene retreat on the Bayside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath Florida cottage offers views of Sandpiper Lake and glimpses of Choctawhatchee Bay, and it’s just a short golf cart ride to the beach, Baytowne Wharf™, and marina. Whether you're craving a peaceful morning by the lake, a bike ride to the beach, or an adventure on the bay, this home offers the perfect base for your next Emerald Coast getaway.

Step into a relaxed, beach-inspired interior with soft neutral tones and coastal accents. The open living area features plush seating, Smart TV, and lake views, while the fully renovated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Sandestin Beach Access Update
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.
Rental Agreement Requirement
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

Golf weekend

Enjoyed property and Sandestin amenities very much. Lots of good golf on the premises. Everything about condo and resort spoiled us!

The only, and don’t want to say negative, because it was a great stay, was the janky golf cart. It needs replacing. Other than that, we’d go back.

We loved this house!

The house was beautifully decorated in beach decor which is always fun and was immaculate! Golf cart was on the old side but useable. Russell management has always been very responsive and great to work with ! Great vacation house!! One suggestion and quite affordable would be to provide cushions on the outside patio furniture just for an extra amount of luxury! Would highly recommend this house!

Great property

Family of 5-great house and location. Easy ride across street to beach on golf cart. The property management was helpful when the golf cart stopped working mid-stay. That was a disappointment and I recommend replacing the golf cart. We missed not having it when it wouldn’t hold the charge. Other than that, was a wonderful place to stay.

Nice Xmas getaway

Upon arrival the home was ready and for self checkin making it nice after a long 12hr drive. The house was beautifully decorated and clean it was very spacious for our family of 4 plus an extra guest. The home offered a golf cart making it nice to explore the nice resort community and the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with all the cooking items you need including a toaster, waffle maker, regular coffee pot and a keurig coffee maker. I would highly recommend this place and loved the house! We will definitely be back in the future.

Perfect location and perfect size

My family’s stay here was perfect. We loved that we had a pond behind us and the house was close to the Sandestin entrance. The golf cart was very convenient. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this by far has the most kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. We will definitely return.

Great Stay

The house was very comfortable for our family of 5. The golf cart has an issue our first day but the management company handled it quickly and we used it the rest of the trip. Nice quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it.

Last minute vacation

We booked this house very last minute and it was everything we needed. The golf cart was a huge plus since we have two small children. Check-in and out was very easy.

Nice Condo, Great Location

Thank you for sharing your place. It was very clean and held 5 of us comfortably. The golf cart was a huge bonus, as were the beach chairs. I would recommend a heavier blanket for the master room, because the AC chills the condo through and through. Which is a good thing! Just need more bedding in the master.
