This 2nd floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at the Amalfi in Miramar Beach has a beautiful open concept with modern rustic furnishings and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. With a king bed, a queen bed with a brand new queen sleeper, and a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room — this is one of the most flexible layouts you'll find in a 2-bedroom on the Emerald Coast.
There are no immediate neighbors and only a single unit above you, so the potential for noise is much lower than a typical condo. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk across the pool area to the public access, and you get a covered, assigned parking spot. The Amalfi is close to The Commons Outdoor Mall and surrounded by some of the best restaurants and beach-side bars in Miramar Beach.

BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a mounted 70" smart TV above the dresser. A walk-out to the patio and a large walk-in closet round out the room — it feels more like a suite than a typical vacation rental bedroom.
The master ensuite bathroom has both a walk-in standup shower and a separate shower/tub combo. A double vanity gives two people plenty of room to get ready at the same time without leaving the master suite. This is a full private wing — bed, closet, patio access, and a bathroom big enough for two.
The guest bedroom is immediately to your left as you enter the condo with a queen-size bed, a mounted 50" smart TV, and a brand new queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa — sleeping up to 4 in this room alone. A chest of drawers handles your folded clothes. The guest bathroom has a traditional shower/tub combo, a double vanity, and can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway so it doubles as the shared bath when the condo is full.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen has a clean all-white look with light quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet and counter space. A Keurig Duo handles both ground coffee and K-Cups — bring your favorite.
The dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the bar — room for the whole group to eat together.
The living room has a brand new large L-shaped sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen bed, comfortably sleeping 2 more adults. Two small bean bags add extra seating around the 70" smart TV. Every TV in the condo is a smart TV with access to all streaming apps — just log in with your own credentials.
The 150 sq ft patio is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. Two Adirondack chairs and a dining table for 2 make it the perfect spot for a sunrise coffee or an evening glass of wine with views of the emerald Gulf.
The laundry room has a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer for large mid-stay loads — we even provide the laundry pods. This room also has an iron and ironing board, a mini fridge for overflow drinks and snacks, and beach gear including 2 chairs and an umbrella for guests to use.

ABOUT THE RESORT
Amalfi is a well-maintained resort directly across from the ocean with year-round heated pools (two of them), tennis courts, a fully equipped gym, resort lakes with walkways, a direct walkway to beach access, a fire pit, and a grilling area. You're never more than a few steps from something to do.
